Prerequisites

• Access to the Management > Collection planning (SP003) menu.
• Previously created item.

Introduction

After creating and configuring the collection object, it is possible to configure the collection. 

The collection configuration changes according to the chosen execution type.

For our example, we will use the configuration of a Finished product collection. In this execution type, the user performs the collection, that is, there is no frequency control associated (the user can perform the collection at any time). 

Configuring the collection

1. To configure the collection, access the Management > Collection planning (SP003) menu.

2. Click on the button.

3. On the screen that will be opened, enter the Data collection #.

4. In the Type of object to be collected field, select the Finished product option.

5. Then, select an Item.

6. After doing that, click on the button. 

Conclusion

To summarize, when configuring a collection, it is important to consider that the execution does not require a pre-defined frequency to acquire characteristic data.
