Executing a supply request

Prerequisites

  • SoftExpert Supply as part of the solutions acquired by your organization.
  • User defined as responsible for executing the request.
  • Previously issued supply request.

 

Introduction

Once a supply request is issued, the party responsible for the execution will receive a task, according to the object type and operation described below:

SoftExpert Supply

Object type Operation Request execution
Supply Revision The Revision request execution task will be sent to the responsible party for them to revise the requested supply.
Order
The Supply request execution task will be sent to the responsible party for them to execute the requested supply order.
Output event The Output event request execution task will be sent to the responsible party for them to deliver the requested supply.

 

Executing a revision request

1. Access the My tasks > Supply > Revision request execution menu.

2. Select the revision request task you wish to execute.

3. Click on the toolbar button.

4. Click on OK when the system asks whether you wish to create a new revision for the item.

5. On the data screen that will open, access the Revision section.

6. Make the desired changes.

7. Click on Accept revision to finish.

 

Executing an order request

1. Access the My tasks > Supply > Supply request execution menu.

2. Select the order request task you wish to execute.

3. Click on the toolbar button.

4. On the screen that will open, enter the order execution data, such as the delivery date and the supply storeroom.

5. Click on the button to finish.

 

Executing an output event request

1. Access the My tasks > Supply > Output event request execution menu.

2. Select the output event request task you wish to execute.

3. Click on the toolbar button.

4. On the screen that will open, enter the date on which the output event was executed.

5. Click on the button to finish.

 

Conclusion

Once the execution is completed, the next step is to close the request.
