Executing a process request

Prerequisites
- SoftExpert Process as part of the solutions acquired by your organization.
- User defined as responsible for executing the request.
- Previously issued process request.
Introduction
Once a process request is issued, the party responsible for the execution will receive a task, according to the object type and operation described below:

| Process | Creation | The Request execution task will be sent to the responsible party for them to create the requested process. |

| The Revision request execution task will be sent to the responsible party for them to revise the requested process. | ||
Executing a creation request
1. Access the My tasks > Process > Request execution menu.
2. Select the creation request task you wish to execute.
3. Expand the 
button and choose whether you wish to create a BPMN process, a macro-process, or a flowchart.
4. Enter the following data, based on the selected option.
5. Save the final record.

Executing a revision request
1. Access the My tasks > Process > Revision request execution menu.
2. Select the revision request task you wish to execute.
3. Click on the 
toolbar button.
4. Click on OK when the system asks whether you wish to create a new revision for the process.
5. Make the desired changes.
6. Click on Accept revision.

Conclusion
Once the execution is completed, the next step is to close the request.
