Executing an action plan request
Prerequisites
- SoftExpert Action plan as part of the solutions acquired by your organization.
- User defined as responsible for executing the request.
- Previously issued action plan request.
Introduction
Once an action plan request is issued, the party responsible for the execution will receive a task, according to the object type and operation described below:

Action plan | Creation | The Request execution task will be sent to the responsible party for them to create the requested action plan. |
Reschedule action | ||
The Action rescheduling request execution task will be sent to the responsible party for them to redo the planning of the requested action. |
Executing a creation request
1. Access the My tasks > Action plan > Request execution menu.
2. Select the action plan creation request task you wish to execute.
3. Expand the button and choose whether you wish to create a blank action plan, to create an action plan from a template, to associate an existing record, or to copy a record.
4. Enter the following data, based on the selected option.
5. Save the final record.

Executing an action rescheduling request
1. Access the My tasks > Action plan > Action rescheduling request execution menu.
2. Select the action rescheduling request task you wish to execute.
3. Expand the button and select the desired option:
- Approval: approves the action immediately.
- Action data: opens the data screen of the action and allows for approving it by clicking on Save and exit.

Conclusion
Once the execution is completed, the next step is to close the request.
