Prerequisite

Introduction

SoftExpert Gamification allows the user to track and manage their performance in challenges through its Portal (GM005). This resource can be accessed via SoftExpert Gamification or via the gamification icon in SoftExpert Suite.  

The Portal is an interface that integrates the main features of SoftExpert Gamification, enabling results control and viewing. 

In My space, the user tracks their score, general data, earned badges, ranking, challenges, requested rewards, and the most redeemed. In the Challenges section, the user checks details of the component's active challenges. 

It is possible to see the overall score in the Ranking section. However, if the Display participant ranking option is disabled in the general parameters of the component, the section will not be shown in the Portal.

The History section displays a timeline with the actions performed by the user.
