Learn about SoftExpert Gamification

Welcome!

SoftExpert Gamification is a component that improves organizational productivity using playful elements found in games. These resources ensure healthy competition among coworkers, boosting the completion of tasks and good professional performance.

This solution keeps employees engaged in daily tasks through challenges with rewards. Upon completing challenges, users earn points, which can be exchanged for rewards in the store.

As challenges are won, levels are unlocked and badges are acquired. Users access their information through the Portal (GM005), where they also check their score, challenges, badges, and history, in addition to redeeming available rewards.

With a gamified work environment, the day-to-day corporate routine becomes fun without losing efficiency.
