Deleting files and folders
Prerequisites
- Access to the Drive (DR001) menu.
- Logged user as the owner of the file or folder.
Introduction
The deletion feature in SoftExpert Drive allows for removing files and folders that are no longer needed, thus sending them to the recycle bin.
Deleted records remain temporarily stored there, with the possibility of being recovered or definitively deleted.
The recycle bin works as a space for controlled retention, with configurable deadline, providing security and flexibility in data management.
Deleting a file or folder
1. From the Drive (DR001) menu, access the My drive vision.
2. Hover the mouse over the file or folder and expand the button that will be enabled.
3. Click on the Delete option and confirm the system message to finish.

Mass-deleting records
1. From the Drive (DR001) menu, access the My drive vision.
2. Select the desired records.
3. Expand the Mass actions option that will be enabled.
4. Click on Delete and confirm the system message to finish.
