Prerequisites

• SoftExpert Suite environment hosted in the cloud.
• SoftExpert Action plan as part of the solutions acquired by the organization.
• Access to the Actions and plans (PL001) menu.
• Previously configured action plan category.
• Previously configured generative AI and NLP API.
• "AI features'' permission enabled in Configuration > Access group (CM011) > Other permissions > AI features.

Introduction

In SoftExpert Action plan, Artificial Intelligence (AI) is used to create a customized action plan, aligned with the specific needs of the organization, based on the defined objectives and the analysis of the provided context.

To generate the action plan, simply enter relevant data, such as goals, deadlines, and resources. The AI ​​will then generate a set of detailed actions adapted to the needs of the plan.

This article will demonstrate how AI operates in SoftExpert Action plan.

Generate action plan with AI

1. Access the Actions and plans (PL001) menu.

2. Click on the + Create button.

3. Select the action plan category and click on Apply.

4. Fill in the mandatory fields: ID #, Title, Responsible for planning, and Responsible for action plan. If desired, fill in the other fields.

5. Click on Save and exit.

6. Locate the created action plan and right-click on it.

7. Select the Open data option.

8. In Action record, click on the arrow next to the New action button and then on With AI agent.

9. Select the category that will classify the actions.

10. Next, describe how you want the actions to be created, how and why they must be executed, or even how many actions you want.

11. Click on Generate records.

12. The actions will be generated and displayed, presenting data such as What, Where, How, and Why for each plan action.

13. If you wish, you can generate more actions, change AI generation parameters, or remove specific records.

14. Click on Insert records to process the data.

15. The actions generated will be shown on the list. If you wish to add or edit any information, double-click on the action and on the desired field to make the changes.

16. To finish, click on Save and exit.

17. If you wish to send the plan to the next step, click on Yes and continue the process.
