In the Job Requirements menu (CO014) , the requirements mapped in the job template (skills, courses, experience, and education level) are displayed, comparing what is required with what the employee possesses. This allows you to check if the employee meets the requirements defined for the job they perform.
Analyzing these requirements helps identify competency gaps, pending training, and unmet requirements, enabling informed decisions regarding training, development, and job suitability.

Through the job requirements lookup menu, it is possible to identify whether or not employees meet the requirements mapped for the job they perform.
At the top of the menu, you can change the views of the record list:

Area
1. Click the Select area button and, in the Group by field , click the option corresponding to the criterion by which you want to locate the record: all, active, or inactive.

The filters in this section allow you to locate competencies mapped to the employee's role and check their status in relation to the required qualifications.

- Name: Please provide the name of the competency.
- Learning method type: select the type of learning method associated with the competency.

Mapping
Use the fields below to filter skills according to the criteria defined in the job mapping:
- Required level : the level of proficiency required for the role.
- Weight : Specifies a range of values that corresponds to the weight assigned to the competency in the mapping.
Assessment
Allows you to filter records based on the employee's performance:
- Level assessed: select the proficiency level achieved by the employee.
- Evaluation date : specify the date range in which the evaluation was performed.
Course
The filters in this section allow you to search for courses or training paths required for the role and associate them with the employee's training information.
- Course type : select the mapped course type.
- Course : select the desired course.
- Identifier : Please provide the course identifier.
- Name : Please provide the name of the course.
- Type : select between learning path and/or course.
Training
- Start : select the period corresponding to the start of the training.
- End date : select the period corresponding to the end of the training.
- Validity : select the validity period.
- Training situation : check the desired situations.
Use the buttons to expand, select all, or clear.
- Object requires training : check this option to display only requirements that demand mandatory training.
Experience

Professional experience: select the experience mapped using the button
