Employee feedback is a configurable step in the evaluation cycle, and its behavior depends on the definitions of the evaluation plan. 

When feedback is mandatory, the process does not advance until it is recorded. The task is automatically generated whenever necessary, and if confirmation is enabled, the employee can accept or reject the content, returning the task to the evaluator if there is a rejection. 

When feedback is optional, it can be recorded as supplementary information, but it does not prevent the evaluation from progressing, even if confirmation is enabled. In both cases, the system automatically manages the process, respecting the limit configured in the Feedback section of the cycle.

 

Register feedback 

1 - Access Execution > Evaluation Execution (CO011).

2 - In the list of pending records, locate and select the employee for whom feedback should be recorded.

3 - Click the button Edit icon.on the toolbar to open the assessment data screen.

4 - On the evaluation data screen, access the Feedback section .

5 - In the displayed timeline, select the Comment option and enter the feedback content. 6 - After that, the Edit and Delete

options will appear , allowing adjustments before completion.

7 - After registering the feedback, click the Run button , located on the data screen itself.

8 - The system will ask for confirmation to proceed with the feedback. Select one of the options:

  • No: the feedback will remain pending.
  • Yes: the feedback will be executed. If the "Requires feedback confirmation"
    option is enabled in the cycle, the system will generate the "Employee feedback confirmation" task , intended for the person being evaluated.
  • If, upon confirmation, the employee rejects the feedback provided, this task will be generated again for the evaluator. Simply repeat the procedure described above to acknowledge receipt of, or send, new feedback to the employee. 
  • It is important to note that there is a limit to the number of procedures that can be performed. This limit is configured in the Feedback section of the plan's execution cycle data.

 

Record feedback to the employee through consensus evaluation.

This option will only be displayed if the user performing the manual consensus is also the one responsible for the user feedback.

The method for accessing this option will vary depending on the number of employees being evaluated:

  • If only one employee is being evaluated, the Feedback button on the toolbar in the evaluation data screen should be activated .
  • Edit user icon.If more than one employee is being evaluated simultaneously, the button located in each employee's column must be clicked .
