Perform consensus assessment.

1. Access Execution > Evaluation Execution (CO011)

2. In the list of pending records, locate and select the assessment plan grouping and Consensus evaluator type.

3. Next, select the employee(s) you want and click the button .

4. On the screen that will open, the person being evaluated (employee) and the evaluator should discuss and reach a consensus on the proficiency levels in each competency and select the agreed level in the corresponding column. 

5. After reaching a consensus, click the Save button and then the next step to finalize. 

Send evaluation to next stage

After reaching a consensus, click the Save button and proceed to the next step . The system will ask if you wish to send the evaluation to the next step.

Pending development plan: if the "Allow development plan creation" option is enabled and no plan is defined for the employee:

  • Save only: returns to the assessment screen for plan creation.
  • Yes : it generates the "Development of a development plan" task and sends the evaluation to the next stage.

Pending feedback: If the "Allow employee feedback" option is enabled and the feedback has not been recorded:

  • Save only : returns to the evaluation screen for recording feedback.
  • Yes : it generates the "Employee Feedback" task and sends the evaluation to the next stage.

No issues: the system will request confirmation to complete the evaluation.

  • Save only : keeps the evaluation open.
  • Confirm : closes the consensus evaluation and updates the employee's profile.
  • If enabled , the task "Knowledge of assessment result" will be generated .
  • If the "Release results only after feedback" option is enabled, the task will only be generated after the feedback has been completed. 
  • If a release date is set, the profile update and task generation will only occur on the scheduled date.
