Overview
Associating Content chatbots with a Router chatbot allows you to centralize and organize different interaction flows in a single access point.
Once linked, all Content chatbots start sharing the visual, behavioral, and structural settings defined in the Router.
This ensures standardization, easier maintenance, visual consistency, and greater simplicity in making multiple conversational flows available in the Workspace.
