How to configure a Kanban task creation or editing action

Prerequisites

  • Access to the Business rule (BR001) menu.
  • Active SoftExpert Kanban license.

Introduction

When creating a business rule, after setting the triggers, we need to configure the chosen action.

The action of creating Kanban tasks allows for automatically generating them in SoftExpert Kanban. This feature is intended to transform system events into visual activities, facilitating the tracking of the work being done and the organization of the demands.

In its turn, the action of editing Kanban tasks allows for automatically updating an existing task in SoftExpert Kanban. This feature can be used to change the status, assignees, or other information pertaining to a task as events occur in the system.
