Prerequisites

  • Properly imported computers.
  • Access to the View > Computers > Computers (AS073) menu.
  • User as part of the team responsible for the asset that has the Restricted security.

 

Introduction

Computers imported into the system can be viewed on the View > Computers > Computers (AS073) menu, regardless of their status.

Viewing computers

1. Access the View > Computers > Computers (AS073) menu.

2. Use the filters to locate the computer to be viewed.

3. Select it on the list of the records.

4. Click on the button of the action you want to perform:

View icon Displays the data of the asset (computer) selected on the list of record.
View Asset Relationship icon Displays the relationship of the asset (computer) selected on the list of records, with other assets and/or processes.
Analytics icon Uses the Analytics resource to analyze the view result.
Printer icon used to generate asset reports. Configures and issues reports for selected assets. Allows for exporting the list of records shown on the main screen to an Excel file, configuring a new report or associating an existing one, and viewing the parameters used to configure new reports.
