Prerequisites

 

Introduction

From the View > Reservation (AS039) menu, it is possible to track asset reservations issued in the system.

To demonstrate, the reservation created as an example during the flow will be viewed.

 

Viewing a reservation

1. Access the View > Reservation (AS039) menu.

2. Use the filters to find, by means of specific information, the asset whose reservation you want to view.

3. After locating the asset, select it and click on the desired toolbar buttons to take the available actions:

View icon Shows the reservation data and the data of the asset selected on the list of records.
Analytics icon Uses the Analytics resource to analyze the view result.
Printer icon used to generate asset reports. Allows for configuring and exporting the list of records shown on the main screen to an Excel spreadsheet, configuring a new report or associating an existing one, and viewing the parameters that can be used to configure new reports.
