Configuring educational levels

 

 

Prerequisite

  • Access to the Configuration > Position requirements > Educational level (AD023) menu.

 

Introduction

Educational level refers to the level of schooling someone has achieved, including, for example, residency, specialization, master's and doctoral degrees.

The system allows for adding all educational levels that may be used in position mapping and in employee profiles.

To illustrate, the “Master's Degree” educational level will be created.

Configuring an educational level

1. Access the Configuration > Position requirements > Educational level (AD023) menu.

2. Click on the button.

3. Enter an ID # and a Name for the educational level.

4. If necessary, provide more information in the Description field.

5. Click on the button.

With the record finished, the educational level is now ready to be used in position mapping and in employee profiles.
