Configuring an evaluation checklist
Prerequisite
- Access to the Configuration > Evaluation checklist (AU038) menu.
Introduction
An evaluation checklist is a verification list composed of questions that can be used as a template for verification items and audit test questions.
With this feature, it is possible to import question values and use them as weights in audits and audit templates. In other words, an evaluation checklist can be applied to the structures in which conformity will be calculated; for this reason, the value of each item will be converted to weight for this calculation.
See how to create and configure an evaluation checklist in the system:

The Component tab displays all the components in the system that use the created checklist.
Configuring the security of a checklist
1. Access the Configuration > Evaluation checklist (AU038) menu.
2. Select the evaluation checklist that has been created and click on the button.
3. Access the Security tab and enable the Private option.

4. Use the Edit and View fields to define the users, teams, departments, and/or positions that will have permission to perform the respective operations.
5. To do so, type the name of the desired user, team, department, or position in the available field, select the corresponding option in the list that will be displayed, or press "Enter" on the keyboard.
6. Click on the button.
• If the Public option is selected, all system users will be able to view the checklist, but only those selected in the Edit field can make changes to it.
• Both the user who created the checklist and the system administrator will always have permission to access the record, even if they are not included in the lists.
Conclusion
Once evaluation checklists are created, they can be associated with audit test plans and with objects associated in the scopes of requirement audits or of risk and control plan audits.
