SoftExpert Audit widgets
Introduction
Widgets have the purpose of transforming a large amount of data into graphical panels.
When creating a portal, it is possible to add widgets meant for displaying information in a simpler way or for performing operations more quickly, without the need to navigate through several menus.

The SoftExpert Audit widgets will be presented below. The information must be considered as of the insertion of a new element in the portal already in edit mode.

Occurrence tracking
This widget displays the occurrences that are still open, grouped by component (action plans, isolated actions, and workflows), referring to closed audits, if the logged user is part of the team responsible for tracking them.
Click on it, drag it, and drop it in the desired panel area.
With this done, it is possible to configure it through the button, located in its upper right corner.
On the screen that will open, configure the details of the chart that will be displayed. When the portal editing screen is closed, the chart will be displayed in the panel.

This widget allows for tracking the conformity progress of processes and objectives related to the evaluated risks and controls.
Click on it, drag it, and drop it in the desired panel area.

On the screen that will open, configure the details of the chart that will be displayed. When the portal editing screen is closed, the chart will be displayed in the panel.
Audit evaluation chart
This widget displays charts for conformity percentage analyses of first level requirements referring to audit criteria.
An audit criterion can be selected for the analysis of the conformity percentage average of its requirements, with a grouping by periods such as years, months, and weeks.
Several filters allow for restricting the analyzed audits, and the desired requirements can be selected.
Click on the widget, drag it, and drop it in the desired panel area.
It is edited through a second screen, accessed using the button, located in its upper right corner.

Follow the steps below to add information on the Configuration screen.
1. Enter a name for the chart that will be configured.
2. Select the reference requirement to be evaluated.
3. In the First level requirement field, select the requirement of the selected criterion that will be evaluated.
4. Enter a subtitle for the chart.
5. Enter a percentage (between 1% and 100%) with the target to be reached in the evaluation.
6. Choose whether the X axis of the chart will display data referring to the period of the evaluation or of the selected requirement.
7. Click on the button to enable the other fields.
8. In the Grouping section, click on the button to configure data referring to the period that will be analyzed in the evaluation.
9. In the Customization section, configure how information will be shown in the evaluation chart.
10. Click on the button. When the portal editing screen is closed, the chart will be displayed in the panel.
My audits
This widget displays a chart for the audits opened by the logged user, in which they are part of the teams responsible for these records.
Click on it, drag it, and drop it in the desired panel area.
With this done, it is possible to configure it through the button, located in its upper right corner.
On the screen that will open, configure the details of the chart that will be displayed. When the portal editing screen is closed, the chart will be displayed in the panel.
Conformity level found in audits based on risk and control plans
This widget allows for analyzing the conformity level of risks and controls that is found during audit execution.
This resource makes it possible to identify patterns, trends, and nonconforming points that require special attention.
Moreover, it is possible to customize the visions through portals with data concerning the evaluation of audited objects, including links to the working paper screen and information such as:
- Conformity percentage of the audited business unit.
- Conformity percentage of the audited process.
- Possible score and obtained score.
- Test results and number of evaluated samples.
This visual analysis makes it easier to understand and identify trends, allowing for a more informed decision-making and the implementation of corrective actions, with a view to the continuous improvement of processes.

This widget allows for analyzing the conformity level of requirements that is found during audit execution.
This resource makes it possible to identify patterns, trends, and nonconforming points that require special attention.
Moreover, it is possible to customize the standard vision through portals with data concerning the evaluation of the requirements, including links to the working paper screen and information such as:
- Possible score and obtained score.
- Conformity percentage.
- Number of recorded occurrences.
- Audit execution date.
With this information available on the portal, managers can make informed decisions and implement corrective actions more efficiently, with a view to continuously improving processes and ensuring compliance with applicable norms and regulations.
