Prerequisites

• Access to the Execution > Activity execution (MA010) menu.
• Previously defined verification plan.
• Service center previously created or associated with the standard activity of the verification plan.

Introduction

If the Create activity automatically option is checked in the activity plan, the system will automatically create the verification activity, sending it directly to the responsible technician.

Thus, the steps in this article become useful for activity plans that do not have the automatic creation option checked, or for when an activity must be created outside the frequency.

The execution format of a verification activity is the same as that of a maintenance activity.

Creating a verification activity

On the Execution > Activity execution (MA010) menu, expand the button and click on the Execute verification option.
