Introduction

The view menus are provided to facilitate control over records and the display of saved information.

Asset view

Allows for viewing system assets, regardless of their status.

1. Access the View > Asset (AS030) menu.

2. Fill out the Search filters with details of the desired object and click on Search.

3. On the results list, select the asset and click on the button to view its data.

4. Use the button to view the CMDB of the selected asset.

 
 

Computer view

The view menus in the Computer section allows for locating assets, with the "Computer" specification, that have been registered or imported.

1. Access the View > Computers > Computers (AS073), View > Computers > Software license (AS084), and View > Computers > Software (AS072) menus to view imported computers, as well as the software licenses and the software linked to the computers of the import, respectively.

2. Fill out the Search filters with details of the desired object and click on Search.

3. On the results list, select the asset and click on the button to view its data.

4. Use the button to view the CMDB to which the selected object is related.

 
 

Condition view

Allows for tracking the conditions of the assets registered in the system. 

1. Access the View > Condition (AS036) menu.

2. Fill out the Search filters with details of the condition or asset you want to view and click on Search.

3. On the results list, select the asset and expand the button.

4. Choose whether you wish to view the data of the asset or the data of its condition.

 
 

Cost view

Allows for controlling the costs related to the assets registered in the system.

1. Access the View > Cost (AS041) menu.

2. In the Search filters panel, fill in the Planned date field with an interval of dates comprising the planned date for the generation of the cost.

3. Fill in the Actual date field with an interval of dates comprising the actual date on which the cost was generated.

4. Click on Search.

5. On the results list, select the desired asset and click on the button to view the date of its events.

 
 

History view

Allows for tracking the history of the assets registered in the system. All events through which an asset has gone are listed in its history, such as check-ins and check-outs, calibrations, verifications, etc.

1. Access the View > History (AS033) menu.

2. In the Search filters panel, click on the button, in the Asset field, and select the desired asset record.

3. Click on Search.

4. On the results list, select the asset and expand the button.

5. Choose whether you wish to view the data of the asset or the data of its events.

 
 

Inventory view

Allows for tracking the progress of the inventories of the assets at a certain location.

1. Access the View > Inventory (AS077) menu.

2. Fill out the Search filters with details of the desired inventory and click on Search.

3. On the results list, select the inventory and click on the button to view its data.

 
 

Location view

Allows for verifying the locations of the assets registered in the system.

1. Access the View > Location (AS037) menu.

2. Fill out the Search filters with details of the desired asset and click on Search.

3. On the results list, select the asset and expand the button.

4. Choose whether you wish to view the data of the asset or the data of its location.

 
 

Event view

Allows for verifying the maintenance, calibration, and usage events of the assets.

1. Access the View > Events (AS040) menu.

2. Fill out the Search filters with details about the event of the desired asset and click on Search.

3. On the results list, select the asset and expand the button.

4. Choose whether you wish to view the data of the asset or the data of its event.

 
 

Reservation view

Allows for tracking asset reservations issued in the system.

1. Access the View > Reservation (AS039) menu.

2. Fill out the Search filters with details of the desired asset and click on Search.

3. On the results list, select the asset and expand the button.

4. Choose whether you wish to view the data of the asset or the data of its reservation.

 
 

Revision view

Allows for viewing asset revisions, regardless of the step in which they are.

1. Access the View > Revision (AS031) menu.

2. Fill out the Search filters with details of the desired asset and click on Search.

3. On the results list, select the asset and click on the button to view its data.

4. Use the button to view the CMDB of the selected asset.

 
 

To-do task view

Allows for tracking the to-do tasks of any user of the Asset component.

1. Access the View > To-do tasks (AS068) menu.

2. In the Search filters panel, click on Select task type.

3. On the screen that will open, fill out the filters with details of the task you wish to view.

4. Then, click on SEARCH. The To-do tasks section will display the task types of the system.

6. By default, all types will be checked. Keep the desired task types checked and click on the Apply button.

7. At this point, all tasks of the selected type will be displayed in accordance with the configured filters.

8. Select the desired task and click on the button to view its data.
