SoftExpert Action plan searches

 

Prerequisites

  • Access to the View > Actions and plans (PL011) menu.
  • Access to the View > Tasks (PL026) menu.

 

Introduction

To facilitate controlling records and viewing recorded information, SoftExpert Action plan has menus in which it is possible to perform searches.

Viewing actions and plans

1. Access the View > Actions and plans (PL011) menu.

2. Use the Search filters and click on SEARCH.

3. Select the desired record.

4. Click on the button to view its data.

5. If you wish to analyze the record, expand the button and indicate whether you wish to analyze Data or Causes. The analysis will be performed with the aid of the SoftExpert Analytics component.

 
 

View tasks

1. Access the View > Tasks (PL026) menu.

2. On the Search filters section, click on the Select task type button.

3. Fill out the search fields and click on SEARCH.

4. Check the desired task type and click on Apply.

5. On the list of records, select the desired task and click on the button.
