Viewing an actionable event

Introduction

After creating the actionable event, it is possible to view it within the components of which it is a part.

See the steps to perform this operation below:

 

Viewing an actionable event in the Document component

1. Access the View > Document (DC021) menu.

2. Click on the button to view the document data.

3. On the screen that will be opened, access the Associations tab.

4. The event associated with the document will be displayed in the Actionable event section.

5. Click on the button on the upper part of the selected actionable event to view it.

 

Viewing an actionable event in the Kanban component

1. Access the Board and Backlog (KN008) menu.

2. Find the desired task and click on its ID #.

3. On the right side of the screen, the general data of the task will be displayed.

4. On the task data screen, click on the Associations tab to view the actionable events associated with the task.
