Presentation

Mapping can be performed via the Competency (CO004) and Competency Mapping (CO006) menus .

Organizational mapping allows you to establish the necessary profile for employees to perform a specific function in a particular area of the organization.

Competency mapping by process/activity allows you to establish the necessary profile for employees to perform specific processes and activities. This configuration ensures that only suitable employees perform the operations, contributing to the efficiency and quality of the processes.

See below how to map skills:

Map by competency data screen

1. Access the Registration > Competency (CO004) menu .

2. In the first quadrant, fill in the search filters and click the SEARCH button .

3. Select the desired skill and click the button .

4. On the screen that opens, go to the Mapping tab .

Competencies can also be mapped using the Administration module . Through it, we define which competencies should be associated with the area/function and which of these competencies will be mandatory for employees.
