Follow the steps of this flow to configure and operate the system correctly:

"Gear icon that leads to the activity type configuration step, where the initial activity settings are defined." "Calendar icon with a checkmark, that leads to the Plan the activity step, where the activity's details and schedule are defined." "List icon, that leads to the Track the activity step, where task progress is monitored." "Clipboard icon with a list and an arrow, that leads to the activity execution step, where tasks are performed."

The first flow plans and executes a nonproject task. The articles that compose it use a task for a maintenance team to perform monthly verifications on industrial equipment.

"Gear icon that leads to the activity type configuration step, where the initial activity settings are defined." "Calendar icon with a checkmark, that leads to the Plan the activity step, where the activity's details and schedule are defined." "Calendar icon with a checkmark, that leads to the Approve activity planning step, where the activity plan is reviewed and approved."
"List icon, that leads to the Track the activity step, where task progress is monitored." "Clipboard icon with a list and an arrow, that leads to the activity execution step, where tasks are performed." "Clipboard icon with a checkmark, that leads to the Approve activity execution step, where the activity approval is performed."

The second flow plans and executes a nonproject task with approval steps. The articles that compose it use a task for implementing a new safety procedure developed by a quality assurance team. Before the task is executed, management must approve its planning.

"Clipboard icon with a checkmark, that leads to the Plan the activity step, where the actions to be performed are defined." "Checklist icon, that leads to the Verify the activity step, where the activity is reviewed and confirmed."

As for the third and last flow, it plans a nonproject task with verification step. The articles that compose it use a task for an occupational safety team to perform regular inspections on machines and equipment, which ensures compliance with safety norms.
