Transferring tasks between users

Introduction

The Management > Task transfer > User (AD041) menu allows tasks to be transferred from one given user to another, ensuring that the tasks are executed by suitable individuals.

Follow the steps below to learn how to quickly transfer tasks:

 

Transferring tasks between users

1. Access the Management > Task transfer > User (AD041) menu.

2. In the User search filters field, select the user whose tasks you wish to transfer.

3. In the Component search filters field, expand the list of options and check the components, with the license, in which the tasks were generated.

4. Click on the SEARCH button so that the tasks are presented according to the applied filters.

5. Check the tasks you wish to transfer.

6. In the To column of each checked record, select the user to whom the task will be transferred.

7. Click on the button from the top toolbar.

8. Define whether the tasks will be transferred definitively to the users or whether they will only be transferred for a certain period. By clicking on the select a date link in this last option, it will be possible to select the desired date.

When tasks are temporarily transferred, due to absence, for example, they automatically return to the original responsible user after the period ends. This includes tasks that have been partially executed and, therefore, still have some type of action pending completion.

 

 

Conclusion

After the execution, the tasks will be transferred to the new users.

Using this feature increases operational flexibility and contributes to a more collaborative and adaptable work environment.
