SoftExpert Survey is a tool designed to facilitate the development, execution, and analysis of questionnaires, surveys, and polls. This solution allows organizations to obtain information from employees, customers, and suppliers for strategic decisions.

The component allows for creating customized templates, in addition to planning and managing all the steps of a survey, from creation to answer collection. It has two modes of use: Test and Survey. 

SoftExpert Survey is ideal for companies seeking to conduct customer satisfaction surveys, market research, and internal data analysis.

What are its characteristics?

The component is divided into the following menus:

Configuration Menus for configuring teams, parameters, permission profiles, survey types, etc.
File Menus for creating templates and questions.
View Menus for viewing surveys, answers, and tasks.
Execution Menus for executing and answering surveys.
Management Menus for managing survey planning and revising templates.

Follow the steps in the flows below to configure and operate SoftExpert Survey correctly.

The first flow presents the configuration of a record in “Survey” mode. The articles that compose it use a survey to assess customer satisfaction.

Gear icon that leads to the configure survey type step, where the requirement settings are configured. Document icon with an addition symbol, that leads to the create survey step, where a new survey is initiated. Structure diagram icon, that leads to the Structure survey step, where the survey questions are organized. Icon of two people with a plus symbol, that leads to the define respondents step, where the process participants are selected.
Checkmark icon that leads to the enable survey step, where the user can activate the form to receive responses. Pencil on paper icon, that leads to the Respond to survey step, where the user fills in the required answers. Pencil and padlock icon that leads to the survey closure step, where the user finalizes their answers.

The second flow, in its turn, presents the configuration of a record in "Test" mode. The articles that compose it use a test to evaluate the effectiveness of an organizational training.
