Standardization of the security permissions

From SoftExpert Audit version 3.0.0, permission validation has started to follow a standardized model, totally aligned with the other SoftExpert Suite modules.

With this update, the Responsible team and Responsible fields have been disabled, respectively, on the audit data and audit category data screens. Now, permission management will be entirely carried out through the default security configuration.

Moreover, the audit planning, execution, and closure tasks will be displayed in the Task center only to the internal auditors associated with the audit. For the cases in which the audit is configured as Audit organization, there will be no internal auditors linked. For this reason, the aforementioned tasks will not be generated.

 

New controls in the permission profile 

Two new controls have been implemented in the permission profile : Close and Change working paper.

The new control options provide greater flexibility and control, as it allows for defining who can close activities or change working papers, which strengthens the governance and reliability of the operations.

 

Team filter to associate auditors 

The auditor search is even more practical: now, it is possible to filter auditors by team, which makes the association process faster and more precise.

With the new filter, you can easily identify the professionals belonging to each team, which ensures greater agility, organization, and efficiency in audit management.

 

Attributes in the working paper 

This version has received a new feature that allows for filling out attributes in audit scope audits.

With this improvement, it is possible to customize evaluations according to the specific characteristics of each audit, which results in a more thorough information recording and an even more consistent evaluation process.

 

Multiple execution in the audit approval task

Now, the audit approval task allows for selecting and approving multiple records simultaneously in the new Task center.

Multiple execution makes for a much more efficient audit management, reducing the time spent on individual approvals and simplifying the control of in-progress demands.

 

New field to add interviewees

From this version, when adding interviewees to an audit, it will be possible to also insert the employee's ID.

This new field makes records even more detailed and provides greater flexibility to adapt the process to the needs of each audit, ensuring more complete and organized information.

 

New look and better organization in the General parameters menu

The General parameters (AU030) menu has been restructured and now contains the new Occurrence tab.

Previously, occurrence-related configurations, used to select the objects that would be added or treated in audits, were gathered in the General tab.

With the update, these configurations have been moved to the new Occurrence tab, bringing about greater organization, clarity, and convenience to system configurations and making it easier to locate records.

 

In version 3.0.0, the system keeps moving forward when it comes to standardizing data management. 

The Attribute (AU017), Team (AU018), and Approval checklist (AU019) menus have been removed from SoftExpert Audit and are now centralized in SoftExpert Administration. 

This centralization makes for a simpler and more efficient user experience, allowing data maintenance to be carried out in a single place. The result is greater consistency among the modules, as well as greater agility for those who manage or use this information in the system.

 

New unified menus 

Check out the innovation in audit management for this version: the view, execution, tracking, closure, and planning menus of SoftExpert Audit are now gathered on a single screen, with a lighter and simpler look, which makes for easier access to the features. 

With a cleaner and more intuitive design, this update facilitates access to the features and eliminates the need to switch between different menus.

The View (AU014), Audit execution (AU013), Tracking (AU012), Closure (AU011), and Planning (AU009) menus have been integrated into the new Audit (AU001) main screen. To access it, simply use the AU001 code in the search bar.

Additionally, the audit plan view (AU033) and audit plan management (AU032) menus have been replaced with the new Audit plan (AU002) menu.

AI chat to add records

Adding records through the Auditor level (AU024) and Audit purpose (AU025) menus has become much easier!

With the new AI chat feature, just write what you want with simple phrases, and the system takes care of filling everything out.

See how this feature works:

  • Type what you want in a text field, as if it was a conversation.
  • Choose among the examples the system will present.
  • The system will add the record automatically from the chosen example.

The AI chat feature will only be available to organizations that are Cloud customers and have SoftExpert Copilot

In order for this resource to work correctly, the AI features permission must be enabled in the Access group (CM011) menu.

 

 

Task center

The Task center is an evolution of the old My tasks menu, now with a more modern and efficient proposal. 

Previously, the user needed to access different screens in order to execute activities such as revisions, revalidations, etc. 

With the new Center, all tasks are gathered in a single optimized environment, which allows for a more fluid and centralized navigation. 

This redesign brings about greater convenience to the day-to-day routine, as it allows for viewing, filtering, and executing tasks of different types in a single place.
