Records from the Risk component centralized in SoftExpert Administration
Version 2.2.4 of SoftExpert Suite keeps moving forward when it comes to standardizing data management in the system.
The cause and measurement unit creation menus have been removed from SoftExpert Risk and are now centralized in the Administration component.
With this centralization, the user experience becomes simpler and more efficient.
Data maintenance can be performed in one single place, promoting greater consistency among the components and facilitating the day-to-day routine of those who manage or use this information in the system.
New main screen for the Reason and Validity menus, with a modern design and smart resources
Version 2.2.4 of SoftExpert Suite presents a new main screen: more modern, standardized, and practical. With optimized filters and a new listing, records are easier to view and manage.
In addition to creating an item from scratch, it is possible to edit records individually, change statuses, or delete multiple items all at once.
In the Reason menu, it is possible to import a template, use the "Ask AI" option – available to those who have the Copilot component –, or even use a REST API to automate the process. This screen also allows for exporting data from lists in a format that can be reused in other environments of the system.
All this is meant for streamlining the routine and making management even more efficient.
The import, "REST API", and "Ask AI" resources are not available in the Validity menu.
