Performance - 2.2.4

New graphical component in SoftExpert Performance

Version 2.2.4 adds a new graphical component to SoftExpert Performance, which makes for a quicker and more fluid data display, bringing significant performance improvements to all already existing features.

In addition to providing greater speed, this update lays out the foundation to additional resources that will be incorporated in the next versions, further boosting the analytical capacity of the tool.

Some colors in the charts might be slightly different from previous ones; however, if necessary, you can make adjustments in the View profile menu, ensuring that the charts maintain the desired visual identity.

Display of effective permissions for scorecards, elements, and indicators

In this most recent SoftExpert Performance update, a new display option has been added to show, in a clear and centralized manner, the effective permissions referring to scorecards, elements, and indicators.

Now, it is possible to check, on one single screen, which users have access to each object, and which control levels are assigned.

This improvement makes for a simpler and more transparent security management, facilitating audits and quick permission adjustments.

Measurement unit menu centralized in SoftExpert Administration

Version 2.2.4 of SoftExpert Suite presents a major change: the Measurement unit menu has been removed from SoftExpert Performance and is now centralized in the SoftExpert Administration component.

As a result, the management of measurement units becomes more organized and standardized, facilitating administration and keeping the components consistent.

New main screen with a visual design and smart resources

Version 2.2.4 of SoftExpert Suite presents new main screens for the Critical success factor, Element type, Reason, and Validity menus, with a visual design, optimized filters, and a smart listing.

In addition to creating an item from scratch, it is possible to edit records individually, change statuses, or delete multiple items all at once.

In the Critical success factor and Reason menus, it is possible to import a template, use the "Ask AI" option – available to those who have the Copilot component –, or even use a REST API to automate the process. This screen also allows for exporting data from lists in a format that can be reused in other environments of the system.

All this is meant for streamlining the routine and making management even more efficient.

The import, "REST API", and "Ask AI" resources are not available in the Validity and Element type menus.
