Survey - 2.2.2
SMS and WhatsApp notifications
From this version onwards, users can receive notifications via SMS or WhatsApp to reply to surveys. This offers a series of advantages for both the senders and the addressees. First, the practicality of these communication methods ensures a high rate of success, as most people carry their mobile devices with them all the time.
In addition, messages are quick and allow for an efficient reach, ensuring surveys are delivered and replied to within specific deadlines, which is crucial for real-time surveys and feedback collection. Another advantage is the customization provided by these platforms. With the use of stored contacts, it is possible to send customized notifications.
The ability to add direct links for the survey simplifies the process for the addressees, eliminating access barriers and incentivizing quick responses, which optimizes data collection.
To use this resource, it is necessary to have a notification API (SMS or WhatsApp) configured in the integration center. After this step, you will be able to configure the text that will be sent in the "Notification" tab of survey data, including variables such as respondent name, survey name, and survey link.
- This feature will be available for internal and external users only, and it will not be possible to add guests.
- E-mail notifications will continue to work as usual, regardless of the SMS and WhatsApp configurations.
