New SoftExpert Data Lab component

We are releasing a new component that uses Data science methods to complement and expand SoftExpert Suite solutions. Data Lab aims to use and develop innovative technologies to extract significant insights for business.

SoftExpert Data Lab presents two solutions, one for Process mining and one for KPI forecasting.

KPI Forecasting 

The KPI analysis and Temporal series prediction solution offers a wide range of techniques to extract insights and project trends from sequential data. Its objective is to foresee continuous values such as sales, quantities, temperatures, number of customers, and more.

With over 25 ready-to-use algorithms and charts to analyze the performance of trained forecast models, this solution is integrated with SoftExpert Performance, which allows for generating system indicator analyses. Moreover, it enables predicting data entered in an Excel file.

Process Mining 

The process mining solution aims to provide a deep vision of business processes in order to improve operational processes through the creation of events.

Each executed process step generates event logs that are automatically extracted and connected to the variant explorer and the conformity analysis, which aids in understanding your business. 

This solution is integrated with the SoftExpert Workflow component, which enables the automatic gathering of data and facilitates the analysis of organizational processes.
