Associating a competence
Prerequisites
- Access to the File > Process (PM022) menu.
- Previously created process.
- SoftExpert Competence must be part of the solutions acquired by the organization.
Introduction
Competence is the mobilization of knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary for the performance of activities or functions, according to quality and productivity standards required by the nature of the work.
In the process data, it is possible to associate all necessary competences for the execution of the activities.
It is important to point out that this article will cover only the association of competences; for further details on creating them, refer to the documentation of the Competence component.

If the Process activities option is selected in the Level field, the competences associated with the process activities will be displayed.
The required competencies are represented in the list of records by the icon, while desirable competences are represented by the icon.
Conclusion
The necessary competences for the execution of the activities are duly recorded. If no other configurations are necessary, click on the Accept revision button to release the process.
