Monitoring e-mail notifications

 

Prerequisites

  • Access to the Configuration > Monitoring > E-mail (CM004) menu.
  • Sent e-mails.

The Configuration component provides a menu in which it is possible to monitor all e-mail notifications sent by the SoftExpert Suite components your organization has acquired.

Monitoring e-mails ensures that critical information, such as alerts, reminders, and updates, are delivered correctly to its addressees. This guarantees that users are aware of tasks, deadlines, and important changes, which contributes to the continuity of the operations. 

Monitoring helps identify sending failures, which allows for adjustments in communication configurations and guarantees the efficiency of the system.

Monitoring e-mail notifications

1. Access the Configuration > Monitoring > E-mail (CM004) menu.

2. Click on the SEARCH button. 

3. Use the buttons available on the toolbar to perform the necessary actions on the configured e-mail notifications:

Click on the arrow located next to this button and select the desired option to delete the selected e-mail or delete all e-mails shown on the list of records.
Click on this button to resend the e-mails selected in the list of records to their addressees.
Click on this button to view the data of the e-mail selected in the list of records. The screen that will be displayed will show information referring to its sender, the SoftExpert Suite component to which it refers, its title, its addressee, the sending date and time, its content, and the record concerning sending errors, if there is any.
