Configuring synchronization
Access your profile and tap on the Configuration section to open the sync options of the application.
System configurations
Tap on Synchronize manually to immediately synchronize the configurations of the app. This option is useful for updating the configurations after a recent change.
Synchronization
Enable the Use mobile data (3G/4G/5G) option to allow for synchronization over your mobile data. Otherwise, synchronization will only be done via Wi-Fi connection.
With this option checked, you can control the synchronization over your mobile data using the following options:
Tap on Synchronize manually to immediately synchronize the app over your mobile data.
Tap on App synchronizations to view all automatic synchronizations performed on the application via mobile data.
Logs
Activate the Enable log generation option so that the application stores the logs of your access. When there are collected logs, tap on the Send logs and Send database options to send the data for analysis.
Advanced list
This section allows for synchronizing advanced lists only. For example, even if a form is simple, to fill in a field such as CITY, all the cities in the country can be listed. In this case, synchronizing the field is costly, and loading the list separately can help.
Keep the Synchronize automatically option enabled so that the advanced lists are updated automatically.
Tap on Synchronize manually to synchronize the advanced lists immediately.
The Delete all advanced lists option can be used to clear the lists when needed.
Request timeout
This section allows for setting in how many seconds requests should be cancelled. For example, you can define that the loading must be canceled when the server takes more than 50s to respond.
Tap on the The request timeout is XX seconds option to change the timing of requests, if you wish.
Permissions
Enable the Camera option so that you can perform actions on the application using the device's camera, such as scanning a QR Code.
Enable the Storage option so that you can perform actions on the application using the device's storage space, such as downloading a file.
