Filling out forms
If the incident, problem, or workflow activity is configured with a form, the system will display a section with the name of the associated form.
To fill it out, access the Form section. After that, fill out the corresponding value for each field displayed.
After filling out all the form fields, click on the Save button so that the values are saved in the activity data.
