Filling out attributes
If the incident, problem, workflow, or maintenance activity has attributes to be filled out, the system will display the Attributes section in the data of the activity to be executed.
To fill out the attributes of an activity, first, access the attributes section. After that, fill out the corresponding values for each field displayed.
After you have filled out all the attributes, click on the Save button so that the values are saved in the activity data.
