When accessing the Publication acknowledgment task, the system will display the documents that have been revised in which you have the Acknowledgment control.

When clicking on the button located next to each document, the following options are displayed:

• Document data: In this option, the system will display some information about the document. Below the document data, the electronic files of the document are displayed in the form of a button. Click on the files to view them. They will be downloaded in order to be opened. Thus, you will need permission to View and Save locally.
• Execute task: When clicking on this option, the task is executed and the document is no longer displayed in this list. It may be required to view the document when you run the task if this configuration is set in the General parameters of SoftExpert Document.
