Login
In order to be able to access portals and tasks from SoftExpert Suite on your smartphone, first, log in to the system. To do that, in the browser of your smartphone, access the SoftExpert Suite URL. At this point, the login screen will be displayed in mobile mode.
Enter the User and Password in the respective fields and click on the LOGIN button.
If the SINGLE SIGN-ON button is displayed on the login screen, this authentication mode is enabled on the system. When clicking on this button, the system will display a screen on which the account that will be used to log into the system should be informed.
If the License key field is displayed after informing the user, it indicates that the user is part of more than one access group with different access licenses. If necessary, select the license that will be used to access the system.
