Associate the template with a process
After creating the template, we will associate it with a process.
To do this, simply follow the steps below:
1. Go to the PB010 menu and click on the button.
2. On the screen that will open, fill in the ID # field with "01.02" and the Name field with "My template - Problem".
3. Then, click on the button on the Process field to search for the "Purchase request problem" record.
4. On the Cause analysis > Templates tab, select the previously recorded template.
5. After doing that, click on the button.
Done. We have successfully associated the template with the process!
