Evaluate an initiative

In this topic, we will teach you how to evaluate an initiative.

To this end, simply follow the steps below:

 

1st step: Evaluate the initiative

In the evaluation step, it is possible to analyze the feasibility of an initiative.

The analysis refers to the results of its implementation, based on financial or economic aspects, and determines its ability to survive under favorable or unfavorable conditions.

To evaluate an initiative, access the PF006 menu.

Select the initiative created in the previous step and click on the button. In this case, the initiative with "00049" as the ID #, and "Quality management system" as the name.

From the upper part of the screen, click on the arrow below Evaluation, then on the Quantitative option. It shows the evaluation criteria and their weights, defined in the evaluation method.

Click on the button, next to each criterion that will be used as reference for the evaluation.

On the screen that will open, select the value that will evaluate the initiative from the criterion in question. The values shown are those set in the evaluation method.

After evaluating the initiative in accordance with all criteria shown, click on the button, from the side toolbar, in the Quantitative section.

Then, click on the Save button on the general initiative screen.

Afterwards, click on the Evaluation > Evaluation method tab to view the result for the initiative evaluation.

The initiative has been successfully evaluated!

 

2nd step: Finish evaluating the initiative

After evaluating the initiative, it is necessary to finish it in order for it to move on to the next step.

To do that, access the PF006 menu and select the initiative evaluated in the previous step.

In this case, the initiative with "00049" as the ID #, and "Quality management system" as the name.

Then, click on the button.

On the screen that will open, type a comment about the evaluation, such as "Evaluation approved without problems".

Click on the button and confirm the system's message. The evaluation has been finished!
