Now that the plan has been created and actions have been added to it, you can send it for execution.

To do that, keep the data screen of the plan with the action added in the Add an action to the action plan topic opened.

After that, click on the Send to next step option and on "Yes" for the system to perform the operation.

If you have already closed the screen, do not worry!

In this case, in the Quick search field of the PL004 menu, enter the name of the action plan and click on Search.

Select the action plan in the list of records, click on the More option on the toolbar and on the button.

Once done, click on "OK" for the system to perform the operation.

Thus, the action plan will be sent for execution and the action will be available for the responsible parties.
