Enrolling in a training
Prerequisites
- Course with the "Make course available for online training" option enabled in the Self-enrollment section of the E-learning tab.
- Access to the Portals menu.
Introduction
After creating a course and organizing a learning portal, we need to enroll in the course in order to take it. To this end, self-enrollment must have been enabled during the creation of the course.

Self-enrolling in a training
1. Access the Portals menu and select the e-learning portal.
2. In the "Available courses" widget, click on the desired course.
3. On the screen that will open, view the information of the course in the About this course and Content sections.
4. In the Prerequisite and Needs training tabs, it is possible to see the prerequisites of the course and whether it is mapped for a department/position.
5. Click on Take this course to enroll in it.

It is not possible to take courses that have other courses defined as a prerequisite if the required ones have not been completed yet.
Conclusion
Thus, we will be able to self-enroll in the course and will be ready to track the training, in addition to answering evaluations, if there is any.
