Prerequisites

  • Access to the Configuration > Supplier > Category (SL005) menu.
  • Survey template configured in SoftExpert Survey.
  • Previously created category.
  • Previously created quality level.

 

Introduction

The supplier evaluation can be performed according to two templates: one in which the supplier performs a self-assessment through a survey from SoftExpert Survey, and one in which the evaluation is performed by an internal team of the organization.

This article will describe the evaluation through a survey. 

This evaluation is configured in the supplier category, in which it is possible to define the survey template, the evaluation submission frequency, the retroactive submission of surveys, and other options.
