Prerequisites

• Access to the File > Supplier (SL001) menu.
• Previously created category.
• Company previously created in SoftExpert Administration.

Introduction

The creation of a supplier is linked to an organization, that is, when a supplier is created in the system, a corresponding organization is automatically generated.

It is also possible to associate the new supplier with an existing company.

Let's suppose it is necessary to create a supplier that is already in compliance with an industrial company created in the system. See the example below:

Creating a supplier from a company

1. Access the File > Supplier (SL001) menu.

2. Click on the button.

3. Click on the From an existing company button.

4. In the Company field, select the desired company.

5. In the Supplier category field, select the category that corresponds to the supplier.

6. Fill out the desired attributes to specify other supplier details.

7. Once you are done creating the supplier, click on the Finish button. 

8. If you want to view the supplier that has been created, click on the Supplier data button.
