Executing an asset request

Prerequisites
- SoftExpert Asset as part of the solutions acquired by your organization.
- User defined as responsible for executing the request.
- Previously issued asset request.
Introduction
Once an asset request is issued, the party responsible for the execution will receive a task, according to the object type and operation described below:

| Asset | Revision | The Revision request execution task will be sent to the responsible party for them to revise the requested asset. |
| Purchase | The Purchase request execution task will be sent to the responsible party for them to record the requested asset purchase. | |
Executing a revision request
1. Access the My tasks > Asset > Revision request execution menu.
2. Select the asset revision request task you wish to execute.
3. Click on the 
toolbar button.
4. Click on OK when the system asks whether you wish to create a new revision for the asset.
5. On the asset data screen that will open, access the Revision section.
6. After making the desired changes, save the record.
Executing a purchase request
1. Access the My tasks > Asset > Purchase request execution menu.
2. Select the asset purchase request task you wish to execute.
3. Expand the button and choose whether you wish to create an asset from scratch or from a template.
If the option of creating from a template is selected, the system will display the template defined when the purchase request was issued.
4. Click here and use the instructions in the article that will open to create the asset.
Conclusion
Once the execution is completed, the next step is to close the request.
