Creating a service center

Prerequisite

  • Access to the File > Service center (MA051) menu.

 

Introduction

A service center defines the people responsible for executing certain activities, which makes it easier to identify the team that has worked on previous tasks and locate the responsible contact.

Service centers can be internal, when the activity is carried out by the organization itself, or a third party, when the activity is performed by service providers.

Configuring service centers is crucial for managing technicians' timesheets and for checking how activities are distributed through resources control.
