Prerequisites

• SoftExpert Suite environment hosted in the cloud.
• SoftExpert Risk as part of the solutions acquired by the organization.
• Access to the SoftExpert Risk menus that offer the AI features (file, library, and type configuration menus).
• Previously configured risk type.
• Previously configured generative AI and NLP API.
• "AI features'' permission enabled in Configuration > Access group (CM011) > Other permissions > AI features.

Introduction

In SoftExpert Risk, Artificial Intelligence (AI) is used to generate risk records, insert detailed descriptions, and create actions in action plans to mitigate the risks identified. The AI features in SoftExpert Risk include, for example:

• With AI agent: assists in the construction and maintenance of a risk catalog.
• AI agent and AI commands: generate detailed descriptions of the risks recorded in the system.

As an example, the Risk (RI455) menu will be used, but the procedure is the same on other SoftExpert Risk screens that offer AI features.

Generating records with AI

1. Access the Library menu > Risk (RI455).

2. Click on the arrow next to the + Create button and then on With AI agent.

3. On the side screen that will open, describe what you want or select one of the suggestions displayed.

4. Click on Send.

5. The risks will be generated and displayed, with the name, type, and description of each one being shown.

6. To add them, click on Create records. They will be created and will be available in the risk listing.

7. Click on Finish to complete the recording, or on Continue creating if you wish to keep chatting with the AI.

Generating descriptions with AI

1. Access the Library menu > Risk (RI455).

2. Locate the risk and right-click on it.

3. Click on the Open data option.

4. In Description, click on AI agent.

5. Enter the desired instruction, such as, for example: "Generate description".

6. If the generated description is satisfactory, click on Add. Otherwise, click on Try again to generate a new description.

7. After clicking on Add, the content generated will be automatically added to the description field.

8. To change parts of the text, click on AI commands. The available actions are:

• Summarize, Improve, Simplify, Expand upon, Trim, and Correct spelling.
• Change tone: Professional, Casual, Direct, Bold, Friendly.
• Change style: Business, Legal, Journalistic, Medical, Poetic.

9. Click on the desired action so that the content is generated according to the selected option.

10. The content generated will be included in the description field. 

11. To finish, click on the button.
