Using AI to create records
The configuration described in this article is applicable to version 3.0 of the system. For the configuration of previous versions, click here.
Prerequisites
- SoftExpert Suite environment hosted in the cloud.
- Previously configured generative AI and NLP API.
- Access to SoftExpert menus that offer the Create with AI agent feature.
- "AI features'' permission enabled in Configuration > Access group (CM011) > Other permissions > AI features.
Introduction
Copilot, SoftExpert's Artificial Intelligence (AI), offers the Create with AI agent feature, which assists in the creation of records, such as, for example, the generation of records for a risk library.
At the end of the article, the menus that include the Create with AI agent feature are listed:
Create with AI agent
The steps will be demonstrated in the Risk (RI455) menu, but the procedure is valid for all menus in which the features are available.
1. Access the Library menu > Risk (RI455).
2. Click on the arrow next to the + Create button and then on With AI agent.
3. On the side screen that will open, describe what you want or select one of the suggestions displayed.
4. Click on Send.
5. The risks will be generated and displayed, with the name, type, and description of each one being shown.
6. To add them, click on Create records. They will be created and will be available in the risk listing.
7. Click on Finish to complete the recording, or on Continue creating if you wish to keep chatting with the AI.
