The menus described in this article provide comprehensive tools for accessing employee data in SoftExpert Competência.
The menu Search > Employee > Talent Bank (CO016) allows you to view user information, from their registration data to aspects of their professional life, such as: education, level of education, skills, requirements to perform certain functions, etc.
In the menu Consultation > Employee > LNTD X Employee Matrix (CO029) , it is possible to view and monitor, in a matrix, the assessment of the employee's training and development needs, based on their courses, skills, experiences, and education levels.

Talent pool:
The talent pool gathers complete information about employees, from personal data to education, job requirements, courses, and performance reviews.
To access this data, follow the step-by-step instructions.
1. Access the menu Consultation > Employee > Talent Bank (CO016) .
2. Use the search filters and click the SEARCH button to find the desired collaborator.
3. Select the record from the results list and click the button
to view its general data.

4. If desired, you can expand the button
and select the following options to analyze the collaborators:
- Analyze employees : analyzes the employee data displayed in the query, showing radar charts and job requirements.
- Analyze selected employees : analyzes data from selected employees, displaying radar charts and job requirements.

LNTD Matrix x Collaborator

Situation : Check the options corresponding to the situations you want to view in the matrix. If the "Competency", "Experience", or "Education Level" options are checked in the Display field, some situations will not be enabled.
Display additional situations : check the option to display, in addition to the selected situations, other situations related to the course. This option can only be edited if the Situation field is filled in or if the selected view is Organizational .
Mapped objects only : Check this option so that only mapped objects are considered for querying. This option cannot be edited if the selected view is By process .
Display proficiency level : Check this option to display an icon showing the percentage relative to the employee's proficiency level in the skill, instead of indicating "qualified" and "unqualified". This option will only be available if the "Skill" option is selected in the Display field .
3. If desired, filter by area using the Select area button . You will be able to view inactive areas using the Group by field . Select the desired area and click Apply to filter.
