Presentation

The Individual Development Plan (IDP) is a set of actions designed to support the professional development of the employee. When its creation is enabled in the evaluation plan, the IDP can be created directly during the consensus evaluation or later through the task " Development of a development plan" .

The way to access this option varies depending on the number of employees being evaluated: when evaluating only one employee, the Development Plan button is displayed in the toolbar; when evaluating multiple employees simultaneously, the corresponding button is displayed in the individual column.

The creation of the PDI (Plan for Individual Development) can be done either through the wizard, which guides the user step by step, or through the advanced mode, intended for users familiar with plan configuration.

Create an individual development plan (IDP)

1. Access Execution > Assessment Execution (CO011) and locate the employee or group of employees for whom the Individual Development Plan (IDP) will be defined.

2. On the consensus assessment screen, click on the Development Plan option .

3. If only one employee is being evaluated, the button will be displayed in the toolbar. If multiple employees are being evaluated simultaneously, the button appears in each employee's individual column.

4. On the PDI creation screen, click Add to start the process. The system will display two creation options: Wizard or Advanced Mode .

5. When choosing the Assistant option , navigate through the steps displayed in the side panel, selecting the skills to be developed, defining actions, deadlines, responsible parties, courses, and other necessary information. Items recommended by the system or associated with the employee's role can be added as needed.

6. If you prefer Advanced Mode , fill in the fields displayed on the screen directly, including category, origin cycle, competency import, and definition of the actions that will make up the PDI.

7. After entering the necessary information, finalize the PDI by clicking Finish (wizard) or Save (advanced mode). The system will request confirmation to enable the plan.

  • Yes : Enables PDI for immediate execution.
  • No : Keep the plan as a draft for future editing.

8. The registered PDI (Individual Development Plan) will be displayed in the Development Plan section of the assessment, where it is possible to view, edit, send to the next stage, generate reports, and manage the actions created.

If the consensus assessment is sent to the next stage without the development plan having been defined, the system will automatically generate the task " Development of development plan" for the responsible party . This task allows the creation of the Individual Development Plan (IDP) later, following the same steps described above.

Conclusion

When defining the Individual Development Plan , the evaluator consolidates the actions that will guide the employee's progress, ensuring that the skills to be developed are clearly structured and recorded in the system.
